Call Center Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Call Center Supervisor, he / she will ensure customer service excellence to all customers and responsible for call centre operations, telephone order processing, and balance report.


Requirements:
  • Male / Female, Nice voice, maximum 25 years old
  • Diploma (D3) in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in service
  • Accurate
  • Excellent Service
  • Excellent communication & Administration skill
  • A team player
